Refund policy
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any items.
However, exchanges are allowed for products that are damaged or if a mistake was made on our part. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at wakahair3@gmail.com. All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Once we receive the returned item, we will confirm via email that it has been received. We will then send you a notification with the tracking number once your replacement item has been shipped.
